General Questions
1. What is Forever Doggos? Forever Doggos is an online store dedicated to bringing you high-quality, thoughtfully curated products for your beloved dog. From toys and treats to accessories and wellness essentials, we’ve got everything to make your dog’s tail wag.
2. How can I contact Forever Doggo for questions or assistance? You can reach our friendly customer service team via email at support@foreverdoggos.com or through our Contact Us page. We’re available to answer your questions Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (EST).
3. Do you have a physical store location? At the moment, Forever Doggos is an online-only store. This allows us to reach dog lovers far and wide while keeping our prices competitive.
Shipping & Delivery
4. What are your shipping options and how long do deliveries take? We offer standard free worldwide shipping. Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days within the U.S. and rest of the world.
5. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we do! We love serving dog parents all over the world. And the best thing is - we offer FREE Worldwide Shipping!
6. How can I track my order? Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click the tracking link or enter the tracking number on our Order Tracking page for real-time updates.
Returns & Exchanges
7. What is your return policy? We want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original condition. To start a return, please contact us at contact@foreverdoggos.com.
8. Are there items that cannot be returned? For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on grooming products. We also cannot accept returns on custom or personalized items.
9. How long will it take to process my return? Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for us to process the refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and can take up to 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

10. Are your products eco-friendly and safe for dogs? Yes! We are committed to sourcing products that are safe for dogs and environmentally friendly whenever possible. Our toys, accessories, and grooming supplies are tested for quality and are free from harmful chemicals.
11. How often do you add new products? We’re always on the lookout for exciting, high-quality items to add to our collection. New products are typically added every month, so be sure to check back regularly.

12. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and popular digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
13. Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed? We process orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us at support@foreverdoggos.com within 24 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
14. Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. Your privacy and security are important to us. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your data and ensure secure transactions.
