Return Policy for Forever Doggos
At Forever Doggos, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, we’re here to make the process as easy as possible. Please read through our return policy to understand your options.
1. General Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Grooming products that have been opened or used
- Custom or personalized items
- Final sale or clearance items
3. Initiating a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at returns@foreverdoggos.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending the item(s) back to us.
4. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product altogether, please indicate this when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund or offer store credit as an alternative.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at returns@foreverdoggos.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Include a description and photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing period, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at returns@foreverdoggos.com
9. Gift Returns
If you received a product as a gift and would like to return it, please contact us at returns@foreverdoggos.com. If the item is eligible for a return, we can offer store credit or exchange the item, as refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser.
10. International Returns
International customers can return items under the same 30-day policy. However, please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes.
